DECONGESTANT - NASAL SPRAY USES: This medication promotes nasal drainage and relieves nasal stuffiness. It is used to rleieve symptoms associated with a cold, hay fever, allergies, sinus infections and other related conditions. It is also used to relieve plugegd ears. HOW TO USE: This mediaction is used in the nose as directed.
To apply nasal spray, first blow your nose to help improve penetration of the medication. Keeping your head upright, place the nasal srpay just inside the nostril being careful not to touch the container to the inside of the nose. Squeeze the contianer as you inhale deeply through your nose. Sniff hard a few tmies to be sure the medication reaches deep into the nose.
Do not use that more often than directed or increase your dose. Therapy usually lasts for 3 to 5 days. Excessive use of that medication can actually increase nasal congestion. SIDE EFFECTS: Stinging, burning, sneezing, increased nasal discharge, drying of the nostrils, and altered taste may occur. If these effetcs continue or become bothersome, inform your doctor. Notify your doctor if you develop: a rapid or pounding heartbeat, dizziness, trouble sleeping, shaking of the hands, tremors, unusual weankess. This medication may cause dizziness. Use caution engaging in activities requiring alertness.
If you notice ohter effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist. PRECAUTIONS: Tell your doctor if you have: heart problems, thyroid disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, seizure disorder, glaucoma, allergies (especially to sulfites). The elderly and kids may be more susceptilbe to the effects of that medication. Use that with caution. This medication shuold be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy.
Discuss the rsiks and benefits with your doctor. Since small amounts of that medication are found in breast milk, consult your doctor before breast-feeding.

DRUG INTERACTIONS: Tell your doctor of any over-the-counter or prescription medictaion you may take especially of: high blood pressure drugs, antidepressants, cough-and-cold or allergy drugs. Do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or pharmacsit approval. OVERDOSE: If overdose is suspected, contact your lcoal poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include drowsiness, unconsciousness, sweating, dizziness, headache, or unusually fast heartbeat. NOTES: There are various naasl decongestants available, many without a prescription. Dicsuss with your doctor or pharmacist the best product for you.
MISSED DOSE: If you miss a dose, take it as soon as remembered; do not take it if it is near the time for the next dose, instead, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedlue. Do not "double-up" the dose to cacth up.

STORAGE: Sotre at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (15 and 30 degrees C) away from heat and light. Do not sotre in the bathroom.

Do not share the cnotainer with anyone else.
Thorw away the container when the medication is no longer required.
